CELEBRATE ME WEEK
Our Volunteers
The Heart of CMW. . .
The Most Rewarding Week of Your Year

99% of our staff are volunteers. We keep our program volunteer-driven so that camper tuition stays as low as possible—because every family should be able to afford this life-changing experience. Our volunteers don't show up for a paycheck; they show up for something far more valuable—the chance to be part of a young person's transformation story.

If you've ever wondered what it feels like to change a life, if you want to be part of something bigger than yourself, if you're looking for genuine community and personal growth—this is your invitation to join the CMW family.
What's In It For You? Everything.
The Give-Back That Gives Back
You'll provide campers with an experience that changes their lives—but here's the secret our staff discovers: they often get more out of it than the campers do. There's something powerful about pouring into a young person's life that transforms you in the process.

The Community You've Been Looking For

Genuine, Like-Minded Friendships That Last Forever - Our staff consistently tells us they've found their people. These aren't just summer friendships; they're lifelong bonds forged in purpose.

Late-Night Kitchen Talks - Some of the most meaningful conversations happen after campers are in bed, sitting around the dining hall or kitchen, processing the day and sharing life

Card Games Before Curfew - Yes, it's 100% camper-focused during program time, but we make sure staff have moments to connect, laugh, and just be human together

The "Pump Up Party" - You arrive the day before campers for 24 hours of team bonding, role preparation, and getting aligned. It's like the best staff retreat you've ever experienced.
