CMW Liaison

Reports To : Camp Administrator

About the Opportunity:

The CMW Liaison supports the work and mission of Celebrate Me Week. You will be responsible for coordinating accessibility for all campers and staffers to be able to bring their whole selves to camp and be successful! You will work closely with the Camp Administrator, keeping open channels of communication, and both the Program and Diversity & Inclusion Committees to ensure all aspects of camp procedures, policies and practices help support the diverse needs of our campers and staffers. The Camp Administrator will identify campers [parents] and/or staffers who need additional support. The CMW Liaison will be thier as their main point of contact before, during and after camp. You will provide excellent customer service and play an important role in delivering on CMW's mission through positive working relationships with all of those involved.

Who You Are:

  • Experience and/or licensed in education, mental health, health care.

  • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Good organizations skills and attentive to details.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and safeguards to protect the privacy and protected health information of all individuals

  • Ability to build strong relationships with individuals and build community within a group.

Financial Bookkeeper

Employee Type: Non-Exempt Hourly Part-Time (8-12 hours per Month)

Reports To : Camp Administrator

About the Opportunity:

The Bookkeeper supports the work and mission of Celebrate Me Week. Performing financial duties necessary to support the camp program and is responsible for maintaining records, Budgeting, Reporting, Payroll for both part time employees and 1099-Independent Contractor(s), Managing payment systems, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and reconciling deposits and payments. Assists the Camp Administrator, other employees and the Board of Directors in all aspects of the financial management of Celebrate Me Week. 

Who You Are:

  • Experience and/or Degree in the field of accounting or finance.

  • Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of area's of focus
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to deliver presentations to various audiences
  • Good organization skills and attentive to detail. 
  • Proficient computer skills to include Quick Books
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
