CMW is committed to promoting a safe and empowering camp environment that fosters growth of diversity, inclusion, access, and equity. CMW does this by celebrating differences and encouraging all participant to be their authentic selves, including but not limited to: gender, race, ethnicity, cultural background, socio-economic status, geographic location, diverse abilities, sexual orientation, or religious/beliefs.

  • Registration costs for our traditional sessions include 6 days/5 nights of lodging, great meals and snacks, a bible, medallion, drawstring backpack, and CMW t-shirt.  Total cost is $525 - balance to be paid in full prior to Camp date.

  • Scholarships are available by request.  Information regarding 2025 financial assistance will be available after registration opens.

  • Check-in/Registration is from 4 - 5:30pm on the Sunday of each session.  The week closes on each Friday with a "good-bye ceremony" at 7 pm which parents and families are asked to attend.

  • For the safety of campers and staff, we ask that all participants are able to remain at CMW for its entirety.

  • My child is registered for CMW but now cannot attend. Can I get a refund please?
If your camper's spot is able to be filled by someone on the 'waiting list,' then yes, we will be able to refund your cost of registration.
  • Does CMW offer any scholarships?
Yes - thanks to past CMW families that donate out of the pure kindness of their hearts, we are able to offer some scholarship help. Information for 2025 scholarships will be posted after registration. You can also contact your local parish office and inquire about any special funding they may have set aside for youth programs/camps. Many places of worship do provide additional support for their youth, which is fantastic!
  • How many campers are accepted for each session?
Our rented facility allows us to have 112 campers in each session (56 girls, 56 boys). Applications are accepted in the order that they are received, and we reserve the right to limit one camper per school to each cabin.
  • Why don't you let friends bunk together?
CMW has been holding camps for nearly 35 years and we have learned so much over that time. One thing that we saw in the early years, is that if friends bunk in the same cabin that it can cause distance between the other bunk-mates. Seventy-five percent of our week is spent in a large group where friends can often be together during the activities; however "cabin-time" is when we see the most new friendships being made.
  • What about home-sickness?
Over the years we have become experts at this tricky illness. It is often an emotional time when parents say goodbye to their child for an entire week and sometimes it takes its toll physically on the camper. We do have a first aid office in the basement of the Lodge (where it's nice and cool) and campers are allowed to spend some time relaxing in hopes of a speedy recovery. If the child has a fever, is vomiting, and requests to go home we will phone parents to inform them of this. Every situation is different. Sometimes campers jump right back into the swing of things and sadly, sometimes we have to send them home without getting to experience CMW in its entirety.
